Communities of Owners

PFV has an extensive experience in communities of owners, acting as professional advisors in all its legal aspects, accounting and tax issues.

PFV offers communities of owners both the comprehensive management of its personnel and accounting as the accounting review and issuance of report for pre-approval of the accounts General Assembly to ensure owners that those accounts correspond to the real situation of the community.

PFV has extensive experience in claims arising from the owners, both those to recover debts of owners who do not fulfill their obligations as those on contesting the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly.

PFV professional team will be represented, provided that the owners require it, in the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies held.
